WHYMARK & MOULTON was established in 1996 as Prosser & Co. an independent firm of Chartered Surveyors by, Roger Prosser and Barry Whymark. Nicholas Moulton joined as partner on Roger Prosser’s retirement in 1999, and the name changed to WHYMARK & MOULTON in 2002.
The company has developed into a regional specialist consultancy covering all of the eastern counties and North and East London, with involvement in all property sectors, Residential, Industrial, Commercial, Medical, Community, Educational and Agricultural.
The practice specialises in Building Surveying, Building Design, Planning and Development, Conservation, Quantity Surveying, Project Management, Party Walls, Planning Supervision, dispute resolution and other areas of general surveying work.
The Professional Staff comprises two Directors, a Consultant, designer and graduate Surveyor.
